Moonshot - a highly ambitious effort to achieve something very difficult with the potential for monumental impact.
Listen here or read below about the fundamental ideas behind ViviScout's moonshot.
People with chronic cardiovascular disease experience various challenges that significantly impact their daily lives. Heart-related issues can reduce endurance, making everyday tasks like climbing stairs or getting dressed difficult. These challenges often force patients to make compromises in their lifestyles. Others with histories of heart problems commonly have cardiophobia, a persistent anxiety about the possibility of having a heart attack. However, we believe these problems are solvable.
Our moonshot is a coming solution to detect hidden cardiovascular diseases - including atherosclerosis, silent heart attacks, and coronary heart disease. We aim to create an early warning system that can alert you to changes in your cardiovascular condition, enabling you to take preventive measures against developing cardiovascular disease. This system will provide notifications about recent changes in your overall cardiovascular health, alerts about silent heart attacks that have occurred, and immediate alerts if you are at risk of a heart attack before it occurs. These are our ultimate goals.

So far, we've completed our first clinical study with 50,000 blood pressure readings. We've also built several iterations of wearable prototypes, built the framework for our app, and streamlined our health monitoring algorithms. We plan to commercialize in 18 months.
